Vortalexeth wants you to be satisfied with your order. Because many of our products are fresh flowers and perishable, our return and refund policy is limited as described below. We are based in San Francisco, California, USA.

Fresh Flowers and Bouquets

Fresh bouquets and arrangements are made to order and are perishable. We do not accept returns or refunds once they have been delivered or picked up. If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours with your order details and, if possible, a photo. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial credit, or other solution where appropriate.

Dried and Preserved Arrangements

Dried or preserved floral products may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused and in original condition. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless we have made an error.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not refund delivery fees for orders that were correctly fulfilled unless we are at fault.
